Terms of use

By using lagoslifesims.app (the “site”) and playing Eko Hustle (the “game”), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. Free to play

The game is free. There are no accounts, subscriptions or in-game purchases.

2. Fictional money and content

All naira, jobs, businesses, homes and events in the game are fictional. In-game money has no real-world value, can't be bought or withdrawn, and nothing in the game is financial advice. Real neighbourhood names are used for setting only. Venues and characters are fictional, and any resemblance to real businesses or people is coincidental and implies no endorsement.

3. Not the official Lagos Life

Eko Hustle is an independent game. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the Lagos Life game at lagoslife.app or its developer. “Lagos Life” and “The Sims” belong to their respective owners and are mentioned only for identification and to describe the genre.

4. Your saves and shares

Your progress is stored only in your own browser, and we can't recover it if it's deleted. If you share a result card, you're responsible for where you post it.

5. Acceptable use

Don't attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape at scale or reverse-engineer the site for harmful purposes, and don't use it in ways that break the law.

6. Our content

The game's code, design, text and artwork are owned by Lagos Life Sims. You're welcome to share screenshots and result cards and to stream or make videos of the game.

7. No warranty

The site is provided “as is”. We may change, pause or remove the game or these terms at any time. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss arising from using the site.

8. Contact
