How to play Eko Hustle

Everything you need to survive 30 days in Lagos: how the clock works, what each need does, every job, how to get around, and how to build an empire before the run ends.

▶ Play now, it's free

In one line: get a job from your Phone, work your shifts, keep Belle, Energy, Vibes and Fresh above 25, pay rent every Saturday morning, and turn spare cash into businesses that pay you every night.

Quick start

Pick a mode. Choose Daily Hustle (same luck for everyone today) or Random life.
Create your character. Type a name, pick a skin tone and one trait. Your trait makes one skill grow 50% faster.
Spin the birth lottery. You're born Ajebutter (rich start) or Ajepako (tough start). No reroll.
Get a job. Open the Phone tab, then Jobs, and apply. Go to your workplace at shift time and tap “Work shift”.
Survive to day 30. Keep your needs up, pay rent every Saturday morning, buy businesses, and share your final result card.

How time works

Eko Hustle is turn-based. Every action, trip and shift moves the clock forward. Days start at 6am. You can stay out late, but at 2am you pass out wherever you are. Sleeping at home ends the day, and that's when your businesses pay out.

Day 1 is a Monday. Rent leaves your account every Saturday morning. Rush hour (7–10am and 4–8pm) roughly doubles road travel time.

10 tips from Lagos veterans

Apply for a job on day 1. Trading and Kitchen need no skill and work six days a week.
Buy foodstuff at Balogun and cook at home. It's the cheapest way to fill your belle.
Leave for work early. Rush hour on Third Mainland Bridge is real.
Okada beats traffic but costs more. Danfo is cheapest for long trips.
Set rent aside by Friday night. Don't spend it at the club.
Your first ₦50,000 should become a Pure Water Business. It pays every night.
Reinvest: stack small businesses, then jump to a POS Point and a Buka.
Train your job's skill at the Akoka Library. It's free, and promotions double your pay.
Keep Vibes up. Low needs cut your pay, and high needs give a 15% bonus.
Go home before 2am, or you'll wake up somewhere you don't want to be.

Game FAQ

How do you win Eko Hustle?

There's no single win. After 30 days you get a title based on your net worth (cash minus debt plus the value of your businesses). The top title, Banana Island Material, needs ₦15,000,000.

What happens if I can't pay rent?

The shortfall becomes debt and you get a strike. Two strikes and the landlord throws your load outside, moving you back to the cheapest room in Mushin. Pay off debt from Phone → Bank.

How do I get promoted?

Each job uses one skill. Promotions need a minimum skill level and a number of shifts at your current level (3, 6, 9 shifts). Train skills at the Akoka Library, the gym, Yaba Tech Hub or at home.

What does NEPA do in the game?

Some mornings NEPA takes light in your area. Without power you can't watch TV or take online courses at home, and you sleep worse. Buy fuel for the gen, or move somewhere with an inverter.

Why did I collapse?

If your energy hits zero, or you're still out at 2am, you pass out wherever you are. You lose time, freshness and vibes, and someone may “borrow” some money from your pocket. Rest on a bench, nap, or go home.

Does my progress save?

Yes. It saves automatically in your browser on this device. Clearing your browser data or using private mode will reset it.
